St. Paul the Apostle Church in Pocahontas is seeking an organist for Midnight Mass Dec. 24. The service will be from 10:30 p.m. to approximately midnight, preceded by a 30-minute choral prelude beginning at 10 p.m. Rehearsals will begin mid- to late-September and will be on Monday nights from 6 to 7 p.m. A sampling of the music can be emailed on request. The organ is a Wicks with 65 ranks, 66 stops and over 1,000 pipes.
